The annonces.corsica platform enables users to publish and view listings, and connects buyers and sellers.

The user is responsible for the information provided during registration and for the security of their login credentials.

Any activity carried out from an account is deemed to have been carried out by its holder.

By default, users' personal information is hidden.

The user may choose to display certain information, including their phone number, in their listings to make communication easier.

This information is visible only to users who have an account on the platform.

The user remains solely responsible for the information they decide to make public.

Published listings must comply with applicable law and the platform rules.

The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or delete any listing that does not comply with these rules, without notice.

General principle: one listing must relate to one sale only (one main item or service).

A tolerance may be granted for a listing containing several items, within reasonable limits, provided that all content remains consistent with the selected category.

annonces.corsica reserves the right to deactivate a listing and ask the user to split it into several separate listings if the content is too broad, ambiguous or non-compliant.

In the event of repeated abuse, the user account may be suspended.

The user guarantees that the information, photographs, videos and other published content accurately reflect the item, service or object offered and are not likely to mislead visitors.

It is strictly forbidden to publish pornographic, child pornographic or, more generally, illegal content, images or media contrary to the protection of minors.

Any breach of this rule will result in immediate account deactivation, without notice.

annonces.corsica reserves the right to transmit the necessary technical information to the competent authorities, including available connection elements such as the last IP address, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The platform may use artificial intelligence or automation technologies exclusively internally to assist the editorial and technical team. No artificial intelligence module is made available to private users or professionals (account area, listing publication, professional tools or mobile app).

Within this internal framework, artificial intelligence may in particular be used to:

• generate or assemble some listing videos from media and information already available;
• correct and translate texts, especially for editorial articles and their multilingual versions;
• assist with compiling and organizing data or information used to produce articles.

Users do not have free access to the artificial intelligence models used. Generated results are internal work aids and do not replace human verification before publication.

To perform this processing, certain data (texts, metadata or media) may be transmitted to specialized technology providers acting on behalf of the platform. This processing is carried out exclusively for the platform's services and internal editorial production, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The user remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, descriptions, characteristics, photographs, videos and other content they publish themselves on the platform.

Content produced or enriched using artificial intelligence technologies must not present a boat, service or offer in a misleading way. In particular, representations are prohibited when they have the effect of:

• altering the essential structure of a boat, equipment or offer;
• artificially modifying dimensions, volumes or capacities;
• hiding significant defects;
• removing permanent equipment;
• misleadingly modifying the exterior environment of the offer;
• misleading a buyer, renter or visitor about the reality of the offer presented.

The platform reserves the right to refuse, suspend, correct or delete any content generated, modified or enriched through these technologies when it may mislead users, infringe third-party rights or breach applicable regulations.

Some listings, videos, articles or other media may include a notice indicating the use of artificial intelligence tools when relevant.

Source data, generated results, technical logs and traceability elements associated with automated processing may be retained for security, audit, abuse prevention, service improvement and dispute management purposes.

The artificial intelligence technologies used internally are provided without warranty as to their absolute accuracy. Human validation remains essential before any publication.

annonces.corsica acts exclusively as a technical intermediary connecting users.

The platform does not intervene at any time in the transaction, negotiation or execution of sales or purchases carried out between users.

As a result, annonces.corsica cannot be held responsible for disputes, defects, fraud, non-compliance or damage resulting from a transaction carried out via the platform.

When a user adds a professional listing to their favorites, they agree to be contacted by the advertiser for commercial purposes, exclusively through annonces.corsica messaging.

This agreement remains valid until the user removes the relevant listing from their favorites.

No personal information is automatically shared with the professional partner. The partner may only view information that the user has chosen to make visible through their profile privacy options.

Advertising spaces may be offered to professionals.

Advertising content distributed on the platform is the sole responsibility of advertisers, subject to compliance with the advertising charter signed with the platform.

annonces.corsica reserves the right to cancel, suspend or refuse any advertising campaign that does not comply with this charter or applicable law.

It is strictly forbidden to distribute advertising promoting pornographic content, child pornographic content, unauthorized gambling or any illegal activity.

Any offender will have their advertising campaign removed immediately and will not be entitled to any refund.

As with the rules applicable to listings, annonces.corsica may transmit the offender's available identification information to the competent authorities, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

The platform reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to adapt them to changes in the service or legislation.

Cookie consent management, including audience measurement, is among the elements that may evolve to remain compliant with French and European law.

When audience measurement is accepted, its purpose is strictly statistical: improving the user experience and providing professionals with aggregated audience indicators, without sharing civil identity data.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or validity of these terms, and failing an amicable resolution, express jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Ajaccio.

This jurisdiction clause applies subject to mandatory legal provisions that may provide for a different jurisdiction.
